I would assume that they were invited (since Sum 41's manager appears to be there if I have any idea who he is)... Steve doesn't seem to like being in paparazzi photos and he avoids being in them like the plague. You never see him with Deryck and Avril and that's probably why.

So she's wearing a burlesque style outfit, and it looks good...but...that girl is the WORST dancer I've ever seen in my life.
