Haha, Deryck looks so drunk in the third picture. For some weird reason, a first quick glance at that picture, I thought he was wearing a tad bit of eyeliner on his left eye.

I would assume that they were invited (since Sum 41's manager appears to be there if I have any idea who he is)... Steve doesn't seem to like being in paparazzi photos and he avoids being in them like the plague. You never see him with Deryck and Avril and that's probably why.
