I hope that 'Dave was a loser' thing was sarcasm, or a joke.

Dave liked a totally different style of music
he is now in a band, making that style of music
i'm HAPPY for dave, and i DONT think he should come back to sum 41, nor do i want him too.

because he wasnt happy with sums style of music

hes doing what he loves now. and thats the right thing to do.

Hmmm... it says that he would go back, but I don't think he could. I doubt Deryck, Cone and Stevo would welcome him back with open arms, to be honest. Not after he left them. And Deryck himself has said that the whole band feel that Underclass Hero is their best record ever, so really, they couldn't have made it if Dave was there because I guess he'd be wanting to do more Chuck sounding songs.

Interesting how Dave says he'd go back, yet he doesn't like their new songs.

yea thats messed up.... and i agree with rick as well. although he may really enjoy this little 'passion project' hes doing hes goin to realize brown brigade wont be able to fill up an arena quite as easily as sum 41. this would be fine except he mentioned after he left that he wasnt happy EXCEPT for the time hed be putting on a big show. all in all, i think hes going to get bored. although at the moment hes really really happy.....we can only see where things go. but judging by the songs that we've heard, ESPECIALLY walking disaster this album will replace my previous favorite(all killer) and probably be the best sum album to date. I guess im saying I dont mind not having dave....

Tbh, i'd rather have him not there. I mean, i like the guy and all, but i dont like the Chuck sound that he contributed.

it would be cool if his band toured with sum 41 then he could also play some songs with sum 41 along with his band that would be cool if they ever did that
