Just to be perfectly honest with you shiv, this album gotta be the shittiest thing that came out in 2007. Other than The River, every other song is just weird, and sounds nothing like Good Charlotte.
Sum 41's Underclass Hero as shitty as it is, seems a lot better next to this.

I didn't think it was that bad... It took me time to get used to it though. It had some terrible songs (like Take Your Hands Off My Girl), but also some great ones like Misery and The River...it was a very different for Good Charlotte, so we have to respect them for trying to go in this weird dark synthisezed direction.

I actually didn't find The Chronicles of Life and Death that good either haha, so for me, there hasn't been a totally good Good Charlotte album since The Young and the Hopeless. Still, I think Good Morning Revival had some nice songs like I said, The River and Misery, and yeah, it wasn't as dark as Chronicles... but had more of a synthpop and electronic feeling. But you know, shit happens and they wanted to try this... their new album which is due sometime this year supposed to be like their older pop punk albums.
