uhh... i dont know how to get the individual picture,(if anyone could post it that would be great) but its the third one under the title "ONE CHILD POLICY" a little more than half way down.

yes yes it's chinese.
there are descriptions under the pictures.. i kinda fail at my mother tongue.
it's a picture of the father paying the fines for having more than a kid and the words meant 'don't be worry kids,your father has the money to pay the fines' UMM YEAH.
the chinese words at the side is the name of the dude who said that, and the one in the bracket is the name of the newspaper that published that picture. or comic. whatever.
