I've seen Shannon a few times. You can find her full name in the Chuck insert in the thank yous and she's either Cone's girlfriend or fiancée. She's really cute and she's a good height from Cone. In 2005 they had been together for 7 years.

She's the woman beside Cone on the bus in the first episode, and the one who gets Steve's Japanese firework lit under her ass.

There a bit in Steve and Cone's MOD episode in 2005 where Matte, the interviewer, asks about the possibility of them getting married (Deryck and Avril had just gotten engaged) and Steve went into a half mutter in Cone's direction where he said "Well, maybe Cone with Shannon breathing down your neck, eh?"

Cone doesn't like to talk about her publicly, but when he does (usually for a few seconds once every 2 years), he does so very fondly.
