i've been in kind of a rut this passed semester. out of work because of the damn economy, and pretty much bored all day unless i'm doing hw or hanging with friends. so i wrote this to describe how alone and bored i felt on some of the days with nothing to do. and btw it's not meant to be emo or depressed sounding lol

I roll out of bed and don't wanna speak
Out the window the sun is at its peak
Another drag tries to meet the race
The dullness is written all over my face
My expectations have fun dry
