lyric question

on the main page it has this lyric for Take a Look at Yourself

"Messengers always told me that I had to have a plan,
But their vision's off and they don't understand."

I thought it was:

"My teachers always told me that I had to have a plan
But they're preaching something they don't understand"

soo, which is right?

it would make more sense if it said "my teachers ...." but that really not what it sounds like. the second line definatly sounds like "But they're preaching something they don't understand"

I admit I'm to blame for this. :nervous:
Like I stated back when I posted the lyrics, I spent hours and hours trying to figure out the correct lyrics.
I wanted to have the lyrics finished and out before leaving to the army in July last year.
I listened song-by-song in the order of appearances in the albums, so TALAY was the last song I typed down the lyrics from. That happened late in the evening, night before leaving, so I didn't put as much effort figuring out its lyrics as I put in other songs.

I'm off from the army in July this year, and I've already found numerous of mistakes.
When I have time, I'll double check every song, and I'll post corrected versions of the lyrics this summer.
