Poem/Song for school

Blazing down the interstate
It was 11 o'clock at night
The moon was annoying and cryptic above me
I couldn't stand the light
Turned on the radio
Tried to listen to some music
The songs were emotionless to me
I was ready to lose it
There was no direction
I had no where to go
My mind was a balloon suffocated with air
Ready to blow
I took a look outside my window
at the reflection staring back
In my eyes was an image of a train
Just about to crash
I saw the warning below the scene
About objects in the mirror
It was the first time it made any sense to me
I realized they really are closer than they appear.
It was 11 o'clock at night
The moon was annoying and cryptic above me
I couldn't stand the light
Turned on the radio
Tried to listen to some music
The songs were emotionless to me
I was ready to lose it
There was no direction
I had no where to go
My mind was a balloon suffocated with air
Ready to blow
I took a look outside my window
at the reflection staring back
In my eyes was an image of a train
Just about to crash
I saw the warning below the scene
About objects in the mirror
It was the first time it made any sense to me
I realized they really are closer than they appear.
