I'm just curious to know what the rest of the world thinks of Obama's first weeks in office. I will say I did not vote for him because of many reasons. And in about 6 weeks he has put our country further into debt (800 billion to be almost exact, thats more than the government has spent in 300 years) and has contributed to earmarks while thinking he is still on campaign, flying from city to city and wasting more tax payer's money. And hasn't said one word of encouragement to the American People. Now he is trying to destroy are greatest alliance by giving the PM DVDs, WTF??

I really just want to know what you guys think of him, because during the election I noticed that many non-americans were behind him, because they hated Bush (who's tax plan worked). I'm taking Political Science this semester and I'm interested, so inlighten me as to why you think he is so great.

Well I don't know much, but what I've heard, I think we need more presidents like him.

That is a HUGE insult to the music business as a whole, and the tax payers who listen to decent music.

i completely agree with him on the stem cell research ban lifted too

i really don't like all the hype he gets, and how many people are behind him. I honestly just think he's getting attention just cuz he's black. And...that aint right

I don't care anymore...a presidents just a president to me, I don't think there are any politicians who can do alot of stuff right.

I don't think I know enough about this topic to voice out a full opinion but I like him because of some of the stuff he's got to offer (like stem-cell research for example).

we're 800 billion dollars in debt and everytime he releases a new bailout the stock market goes down, he is basically having a war with the elite and forgetting about the middle class. The stimulus bill he passed was like 700 pages long, did anyone in congress read it, NO. Its full of earmarks like dragonfly research and water parks. Yes we need to get the fuckers who scamed us out of billions, but so far the biggest scammer sits in his NY penthouse awaiting a confession deal that will cut his jail sentence down.

Not everything is completly his fault because the companies that are getting bailout money are still sending their ceo's to jamaica for vacation on first class private jets, which isn't helping. But he is to busy campaigning and being a celebrity with his road side merch stand, he forgets he is the president

I know he is doing SOME good things, guess I'm more interested in your thoughts about how he is handling the economy.

you can only spend money in order for your country to make money. the real bastards you should be complaining about is the bankers. they are holding onto everything. they won't let anyone have a loan and that is whats killing the economy. not Obama, not yo mama. the bankers.

and I thought I was the only one on this site that liked Bush and hates Obama.
