How awesome is Stevo?

I was on the Sum 41 website and I saw this and thought it was really funny (This is not my question)
I have a question that's really been bugging me. A friend of mine can't seem to be convinced that Half Hour of Power is an EP. he's all like "no it's totally a studio album".
So please set the record straight.
Is Half hour of Power an EP or a studio album
(i already know the answer but i need 100 percent proof from you guys or my friend will bug me forever)
