ok, so a couple friends wanna watch tv. now, i have vista media center and a tv tuner card. so now i have a couple questions about broadcasting the hockey game to other people
1) what are the odds that my isp fucks me? optimum online....
2) how exactly can i do it privately. like, i get a private link and send it to others
any help appreciated, though i expect boniboyblue to come to the rescue as usual
