Gibson

I got a guitar from Gibson a while back. A Les Paul 1960's Classic Goldtop and then it started cracking so I sent it to Gibson and they were kind enough to replace it even though it probably wasn't their fault.
They are replacing it with a Les Paul 2008 Standard Goldtop as they no longer made the classic. But then when it came to sending it to me the customer service just went down hill!
They said they would send it me at the end of December. Originally they said we would have to wait a month for them to send some over to France from the USA. Then at the start of January they said they would said it at the end of January and then it go to February and we emailed them and the guy who we'd been talking to was no longer working in customer service so that had been a waste of time.
Then they finally sent it from The Netherlands and it should have been here about a week ago, even after they more than once assured us that they sent it to our HOME address. It never arrived. Then the shop that we bought the original one off then emails me and tells me that my guitar has ended up there..
W-T-F?! So here I am. Still no guitar and waiting for the shop to send me my new one. The only reason I havn't phoned them up and gone crazy at them is because the guitar they are sending is worth about twice as much as the old one! Haha!
