WE'RE MAKING AN ALBUM.
there was talk about doing an ep and then that turned into other things. next thing you know we're sitting here with a whole bunch of songs that we really like. so instead of doing anything else we've just decided to go and make a full album. as to when it will come out, i don't know. i would say it's safe to say it will be out this year. unless for some reason we need to keep going and it pushes it back further. but right now everything is on track and feels good. things are going to start moving fast here so keep checking back for updates as much as possible.

He WOULD say? Maybe it's going to be in the fall of 2009. Which sucks.

I knew it wasn't going to be an ep. I think they're going to wait until Blink releases their album before Sum releases theirs. I'm saying end of Summer mid-Fall.

Well, I'm really not happy with this statement. I mean, I think we all knew for a time its going to be a full-length and now when Deryck confirmed it... well, its great, you know, its great he made it official. On the other hand, what happened to "early 2009"? or 2009 at all? now when he actually says its an album it seems like he's not even sure it'll be out this year and if it will, so who knows when? I mean, hopefully we'll see it in the summer and thats when I expected it before, but with this post again... and it was like that in the other posts by Deryck and Steve or when Cone answered questions on his myspace, it just seems they don't even sure when this would be, making it hard for me to believe it'll be even ready for a summer release, which sucks. I wonder what takes 'em so much... It just sucks to hear this "I think we'll be putting it out this year" posts all the time... or "Sometime this year" and stuff, that sucks.
