ok. first of all, i didnt get kicked out of college.

that aside, my parents are freaking out. i usually have a 3.1 and i've been slacking off (senior slide...dont deny it). right now, i got into college with that 3.1, and now i probably have a 3.0/2.9 (at least, 2.8). so what are the standards for getting kicked out of/revoked from college

You dropped a point so thats not too bad. But you really got to bust your ass this semester because colleges don't like to see you slacking off your last year

Ehhh that's not THAT bad. I'm only a freshman and my average is a solid 3. My room mate (whose dad told him not to get a C) got a C and he flipped out. He's still here in college with me, just his parents were mad. Your parents are gonna be too, but it's not like you have a 1.0 GPA! lol you'll be fine!

it all depends, each college has its own different requirements, which ones you applied to?

I have no idea what grade point averages mean. Is there like a percentage equivalent?

Edit: From what I found, my current GPA is 3.7? I dunno, I'm so fucking confused.

Anyway, I'm sure that dropping 0.1-0.2 GPA points won't murder you.

It is a point system that is based on how good your overall grades are. A, B, C, D, E.
If you get all A's your GPA is going to be 4.0. All B's = 3.0. All C's = 2.0. All D's = 1.0. If you get 3 A's and 3 B's, then your GPA = 3.5. Much like how 3 B's and 3 C's = 2.5. So, basically, this guy averages all B's.

What count as As though? I don't have letter grades, I have number grades.

I took AP Human Geography [seriously don't ask what that is, Google it] as a freshman and I got a 90 without any weights. beat that

[btw it's only a semester long course.]
