Im planning on getting a Amazon Giftcard from something. The thing is, is that its for Amazon.com. Will they ship to canada for the same amount? Or can I only use .CA?

now that's funny. I've been using it for over 3 months now!
ANYWAY
Since it's an amazon gfit card you should be able to use it. If it's a different form of amazon (canada, japn, etc) I think all the person has to do it create another account for that amazon, but it should work. See if there's faqs on the amazon website concerning gift cards!
