You can easily text someone's email address...
and I email my phone ringtones all the time. So, yes, you can email a phone text messages, and you can text an email text messages.

Well, there should be a feature that lets you add emails, just send it to that. I cant really explain because I don't know the phone you have. but i guess it'd go something like this: create text message > send to > [so and so's info] > email. As far as i know it doesn't cost money to do, I don't think you have to have internet on your phone to do this. but i got that from a non-reliable source, he also told me that texts wouldn't cost money to send to other countries. ohai 60 dollars worth of charges.

When you want to text an email address here's what you can do.
Add the email address to your contacts list, and then just send that contact a text message! I used to send my email pix messages all the time.

Heres the long run down.

I need to be able to text my sister from my ipod touch after school. She was a old phone and no internet. Here phone cannot take emails in contacts either.

For the aim/msn thing, do i need internet connection even if i have the app on my ipod?

My phone lets me send emails to people in the form of texts...



New message > change from 123 to Abc > type in the email > put in the text you want > done.

my nokia 6288 had a program called nokia phone browser thta's how i could send sms from my pc by just connecting my cell using an usb wire
