You don't necessarily have to, but Nubface does. You see, by being in the UCM he has to be a role model. (I know, right? Nubface as a ROLE MODEL. I lol'd.) It's in the job description. If he wants to hold on to his ugly neon green name, he has to treat fellow nubfaces with respect.

I don't like to brag or something, but i have been helping nubfaces since before i had this green name, i have exchanged PMs with many people explaining the simplest things.
I do it because i like to help people, not because i have to.
Yes, and neon green isn't ugly, it's just a phase i have to get through before getting teh purplz.
