well, after i cropped it, i used the Softglow, sharpened it, changed the contrast and then i found a nice sepia tone and applied it, then drop shadow and text and that's pretty much it

I just saw softglow now. It's awesome.
yeah, i love that effect, but i always sharpen it to make it less blurry
