Medal/Honor/Reward System?

We should get a Medal or honor or reward system. Another forum I'm on has one. There are different categories like best new member, best mod, best or coolest topic and other stuff awarded monthly.

i think the awards should have had like Pre votes First, Then Nominations, then the winner. like we vote on the nominations. would be better
