I got my impacted wisdom teeth taken out today .

Basically, it's like taking a drill, drilling into your gums, ripping the teeth out, and losing the feeling in your entire jaw.

It's retarded as fuck; there's pain where the teeth were taken out, (painful as fuck) but my chin and bottom lip are completely numb.

I had some teeth out and thought it was pretty fun. My mouth was totally numb and the dentist just grabbed one of my teeth and you could hear it crack. Crazy stuff.

Im surprised its not numb where you had your tooth out! It was numb for ages for me.

I swear, dentists are fucking scary.

That sucks man. I wish I could say the same for myself. About the pain, I mean.

For some reason, when I got all four of my wisdom teeth taken out two summers ago I didn't really feel pain. My jaw was numb, so that helped. I just had gauze in my mouth to soak up the blood.

It sucked cause I was soo hungry, but I could only eat stuff like soup and water.

I'm probably gonna have to get those out sometime because I have horrible luck with teeth. =\

lemme give u the lowdown:
1) i have tmj (my jaw isnt inserted correctly in the soccket), which in itself is fucking painful and not easily correctable
2) i had impacted wisdom teeth, which meant that they were pushing against my other teeth
...gah it made the pain 10X worse!
3) my orthodontist is fucking retarded, and now i probably have to get braces afuckingain!!!!

That sucks. Yeah, impacted wisdom teeth can potentially fuck up the nice job braces do. I had a few impacted ones, but I think they got taken out before they could do any damage. I didn't really have any pain from them before though.

it sucks more AFTER the numbness. im just like 'AAAHHHH FUCKING HELL!!!!VOIUGIYAE7GVTNIA8AGVTNGARVNGI8ARVIN8GGNI8 ' for about 2-3 days [I had to remove 2 teeth, then 2 teeth again, then there's this fucked up tooth on the front of my mouth, in the gum.] even tightening braces hurts =[ but it doesnt after 6 months, well for me anyway, idk about you
