Re: cheating
i've been cheated on kinda, an ex almost slept with my best friend. we weren't serious, so i wasn't bothered. but i dunno, it depends on your experience. if you live in a society where it happens alot, you'll be less reactive to it, and vice versa. i'm becoming more emotionally invested girls now, too easily admittedly, but i guess that's a factor.

Wouldn't that just make it harder you know if you were with her for that long and then when you really trust her and all and then she cheats on you?samueeL wrote:Sure after few years dating I'd forgive, but not earlier i think

Re: cheating
Aside from the "beating the shit out of them" part, I agree with Andrea. How can you forgive someone who completely offers you his/her trust and then destroys it with something as terrible as cheating. That's one of the things I can't stand at all.

Kano and Still Waiting are my official n00bs. Mess with them and before you know it you'll be working in Nickelodeon

Re: cheating
I have trouble dealing with this topic. I mean, it's pathetic because I don't know what I'd do if someone cheated on me, or if I cheated on someone, but I'd gladly cheat with someone... I think.
I mean, if I was cheated on by a girl, and I was in love with her, I'd probably go into a huge depression and I don't even know how I'd deal with it. It would be extremely hard to get over.
I couldn't cheat on someone, and that's mainly because I am too nice. I wouldn't do it, because I wouldn't want her to do it to me also.
Also, in most cases, if you cheat once, you will probably do it again. I know very few people who have been able to only do it once -- if they have to begin with.

but I know I can't be comfortable in my own skin.
So when I say I'm scared to be alone, you know I mean it,
I'm just not ready to leave my room.

Re: cheating
It kind of depends on the relationship for me. If it was serious, I probably wouldn't. You know, the whole "treat other how you want to be treated" sort of thing.
But if it's a relationship I know wouldn't last anyways, I would likely be inclined to cheat. For example, if I was dating Paris Hilton or a girl like Paris Hilton.

Re: cheating
I wouldn't cheat on someone, i'd rather break up with the person before, if i knew that i'm in love with someone else. Also i'd never forgive cheating, because i'd never think of the cheater the way i used to. I don't take these things very lightly.
Also i don't see the point of cheating, everyone involved will get hurt in some ways, so it's quite pointless.

Re: cheating
I have a similar point of view on this as you do, however in some cases I think I could forgive cheating if there were special circumstances(I was very drunk and things got out of hand but that would have to be verified by some witnesses beacuse there's a little drunk =>it clouds your judgement but no way on a matter of such relevance, and there's hamered drunk => I don't remember half of the events that took place and OMG I cheated on my partner how the fuck could I do such a thing)janetvaher wrote:I wouldn't cheat on someone, i'd rather break up with the person before, if i knew that i'm in love with someone else. Well I've been in that situation and thankfully I wasn't that drunk so I told the girl to back off.
Well I guess you come to know who you really are, seeing your reaction when it comes to such matters.
