can anyone here rip music from guitar hero?

there have been recordings of metallica 'death magnetic' from the guitar hero files floating around for months now. and that got me thinking: does anyone here know how to do it? the reason why i ask is cause i'd love to have an mp3 of the new recording of 'overkill' from motorhead from guitar hero: world tour.
