Re: Dead Set
same, it's pretty badass. last night's was pretty good. there should be more shocker moments. they go into an old, abandoned, dark house, and there's no-one there.
i'm not much of a mechanic, but the fact the jeep just clapped out suddenly seemed odd.

Re: Dead Set
yea, the jeep breaking down was a bit sudden, but you could see that coming at some point. last nights was good though. there's mroe gore in it than i thought there would as well, some iof it is quite graphic for an E4 tv show, lol

Re: Dead Set
I didn't really like it, but I think my hatred for big brother has something to do with it

Re: Dead Set
well, it was either zombies, vampires or an elite team of hard-ass gun-toting nuts holding the house hostage. i think e4 made the best choice

Re: Dead Set
that guy is freaking badass! especially the chopping up last night. but some of the jumpy-like bits are kinda predictive. like then cut out of bryan (or brian, however he choses to spell it) and then he lunges from behind it. tonight's finale better have some pretty good finishers for killing zombies. shooting them has got a bit boring now. where is the stereotypical oriental-ninja-hottie that normally appears in these types of films?

Re: Dead Set
the cliffhanger was pretty good from last night. and yeah, it's true what you said, it better have a good finale. otherwise ill ring up and tell the e4 bosses i slept with their granddaughters or something
i'm guessing the boyfriend will somehow dodged the bullet or be wounded and the boss will be eaten when his plan goes ape shit. hopefully they won't do a 'shaun of the dead' and get the army in to save the day. nothing against them, it just needs to be epic. which i highly doubt it will due to it being british tv

Re: Dead Set
yea, they have that 4od thing, i think thats like the BBc i-player, ive never used it though.
i dint really enjoy the ending as much as i hped i would, but then again, id rather it ended like that then someone surviving and being a heroe, at least they all died. (i hope you saw the last episode before reading this post, lol)

Re: Dead Set
lol yeah i got it off a torrent saturday night.
one thing i dont understand though is that everyone who was still alive inside the house, was savaged by the zombies in the last episode, and to be honest it was a massacre due to atleast 100 zombies busting in to the place, how come the producer was the only one shredded apart? i mean, the blonde one and her boyfriend were pinned to the floor and attacked, the old man was pinned to the van bonnet it was essentially a dog pile, and the producer was ripped into half, still alive until his head and spine were pulled from his torso. how come all the others got off with a few bites and grazes?
i'm not asking for a question to my mess of a reply, it's all rhetorical i guess, but it just doesn't seem right. unless, of course, the zombies have a sense of karma and believe in the phrase 'do to others as you want for yourself'.
but otherwise, it was funny and worth the watch (and eventual finale download)

Re: Dead Set
um the only extras i think are cast interviews and standard stuff like that. so it depends if youre into it enough. but if you're gonna download, you're just gonna get tv rips of the show. kinda. the one i downloaded had the voiceover intro, but no e4 stamp or break. i got it off warez-bb.org. good luck
