To be honest, its a stupid question. the guy just likes it so he wears it, i guess. Its pretty stupid to be curious about why some guy wears some shirt or hat or whatever.
Sorry if I sounded rude, the question itself of "why you think he wears it" sounded a little bit off to me, like... well maybe he saw it in a store, liked it, bought it and now he wears it cuz thats what u do with hats.

That's a weird question. He wears the hat 'cause he likes the hat... don't you have an article of clothing you really like?

yeah it looks good on him. he has never worn that hat to concerts right? only to events and with me's MV.

He doesn't play it for concerts, but I've seen him wear it at a few random live performances, I think.

Another thing, despite the fact that it's actually a pimp hat, and that Jonas Brothers, and Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy (yaakh) wear it too, i think that i looks great on him, he probably realized how great he looks in that hat, and now he wears it all the time, if you think that there's some mistery behind the hat, contact Mr. Jason McCaslin, and he will probably answer that.

So ..you basically repeated everything that's been said in this thread, and added another stupid question "does anyone know where he got it from?" Cone is human, and he goes to stores too.

Yeah, that hat is available at pretty much every clothing store. It's very much a hipster thing right now.
