Question: Is the Ending of With Me...

... Really the ending of With Me? Or is it actually the beginning of Pull the Curtain?

I never noticed it before and no one else mentioned it, but the piano at the end of With Me is the exact part that plays at 0:45 and 1:26 of Pull the Curtain. And since Pull the Curtain ends in a seemingly random piano part, it would make sense that it possibly starts with one too.

Much like Blink-182's Easy Target and All of This.

Nothing new, just thought I'd share.

I see it as a transition.

If it was the beginning of PTC, it wouldn't have been included in the video.

Well that ending is on the With Me track so I'd say it's the ending of With Me

we could ask this question about a lot of Sum 41's songs. is the ending of Some Say really the ending of some say, or is it the beginning of The Bitter End?

we just don't know. i don't like how the piano part is at the end of with me, it sounds weird when you're listening to it on a mix CD.

Yeah, I just figured since the piano parts were the same in both songs that there'd be some sort of relation more towards Pull the Curtain. But the way Phili put it makes more sense; a transition. I just wanted to point out those two parts were the same.

yuh ditto
it wouldnt make sense to put the intro of another song at the end of another in a "radio cut" or the cut they use for a video

Yeah, I noticed it too, but it really sounds like a transition.

Sorry to come a bit late on this.

Deryck stated somewhere around the UH recordings that he wanted the album to be a whole, and he had the album completed as a one preview-demo track, with all the tracks continuing to each other (I know, a little confusing, but I can't explain it better  )

So you can hear some of the tracks fading to each other (just like in their previous albums).
For example, the special guitar at the end of Count Your Last Blessings, which also continues in March Of The Dogs (Ma Poubelle wasn't originally between them).
And we all know how MOTD and The Jester, With Me and PTC, and KOC and Best Of Me fades in and out for each other.
