User Warnings

I KNOW this is not a problem because our mods do a fine job and DON'T SAY ANYTHING NEGITIVE, but i was wondering if we (the users) could have the right to give a mod a warning?
Here's an example:

Let's say this is our mod team
Christopher Global moderator
chris Global moderator
Joe! Global moderator
Ryan Global moderator
Steven Global moderator

Let's say chris doesn't post much and when he does he is always negitive and shit. Then let's say John (a normal users) points this out (a reasonable explanation) and makes a poll for the other normal users to vote on. Then after ten (10) days of the poll being open, the warning is either made or not made.

1 warning = warning
2 warning = warning
3 warning = removed mod 5 day ban
4 warning = admin choice

I bring this up because i think we (normal users) need to be able to defend ourselves atleast a little bit. If you think about it, the site is like an absolute monarchy, and i think that the users should get atleast a little power.

Comments?

Well...it depends on who's posting this...

I think it'd be pointless. I really don't have anything to complaint about concerning the mods and I think some users could abuse this feature.

I think ultimately it should be the Administrators to decide who's fit for being a Mod and who isn't. Giving regular members the ability to vote in a warning to a Mod is giving them too much power. Especially since a poll on a forum is pretty unreliable (No Apologies versus King of Contradiction?). People can make multiple accounts in order to screw over a Mod and it wouldn't be fair.

If a member feels like they're being treated badly by a Mod, just let the Administrators know. Screenshot the post or whatever you have to do to have proof and state your case.

Honestly, I think if you had enough of a case to de-mod someone, you could get it done. If I abused my power THAT much, I'm sure I would be de-modded.

I would really like to know which mod deserves to be de-modded, or warned, or whatever. I think that this topic HAS to be a stab towards me. I'm the only mod that is a major dick to people. I guarantee you, though, that I do my job well as a mod. I devote quite a bit of time to it, and I try to only give out warnings when they seem really needed. I try to make most of my rude comments sarcastic or funny rather than just flat out rude. Sometimes, it's hard, though, because we do have some people that choose to be morons. When I tell people to kill themselves, or when I say that they should tell their friends to kill themselves, or whatever.. I'm joking.
