a long-distance band over the internet... i wonder how well that would work?

i wish i was in my friends' band. but i don't know bass or guitar, nor can i sing very well. (i think i sound awesome when i want to ) if i would of knew i would want to be in a band later in life, i would have definetly learned bass.
