EDIT: and Zach; how come the Curcuit has a site that just redirects to there myspace... that seems kind of stupid. if your gonna pay for a URL, you should at least build a site....

because record labels like bands with actual sites and not just myspaces.

it's been a redirect to there myspace for a while though.. you might want to talk to them about that...
it should take about a day to make a website.
any website is better than a myspace, even if the website just says "Under construction" and has a link to the myspace.

also. THey should check out Reverbnation (www.reverbnation.com)
you can upload as many tracks as you want and a bunch of cool stuff.. it's the ultimate music site
