To pull the curtain means to hide, and so I'm guessing he is expressing how disgraced he was and that he wanted the curtain pulled over him so no one be exposed to him.

I dunno about the title, but I reckon that Pull the curtain is about facing your mistakes, the things you're ashamed of. For example I imagine the lyrics of the song representing someone who is ashamed of themselves and showing their mistakes to a crowd. I got this from lyrics like 'the one and only day has come, I pay for all the bad things I've done' and the crowd thing from "It's a free-for-all kill them all everylast one of them".

Just an opinion.

to me pull the curtain always just ment lying in bed, pulling the curtain and not facing the outside world, but again just an opinion

It's about the panic attacks he suffered while he thought his brain was fucked up from drugs during the All Killer No Filler and Does This Look Infected? tours

To me the title is kind of like "pull the curtain on all this mad shit thats happening" as opposed to ending it all or whatever

yeah that sounds right, I feel really bad for him though, with all his panic attacks and stuff.

well this song is about Deryck's paranoia, and i think its like, i the beginning when he says, " pull the curtain, begin, paranoia's wearing thin now, it's wearing thin now " is like when hes feeling fine, and like as the song progresses his paranoia comes back, and just hits him at the end
