If you finally realised that you suck in playing guitar , or you're too damn broke to afford a guitar , or even a Guitar Hero game , i got the thing for ya !

It's the PC version of Guitar Hero , a game called " Frets on Fire" where you can play your favourite songs using the keyboard as a guitar , kinda like this :



I couldn't find the right section where to post this , but i think this one is juts alright.

you use the buttons " F1 , F2 , F3 , F4 and F5 " as frets , along with the pick button " Return" .

This is how the game looks , but you can add mods and themes to it , so that it will look exactly like Guitar Hero 3 , Well... if your computer isn't a piece of shit , if it is just stick to the basics.

after adding GH3 mod to it , it will look like this :

The game comes with 3 rediculous songs , but you can add your favourite song by downloading it from this website : http://fretsonfire.wikidot.com/ , get in the SONGS DATABASE section , there's almost every song there.

when your download is finished , Unzip the folder here : C:\Program Files\Frets on Fire\data\songs

go to the MODS LIST secion in the website, if you wanna change the appearence of the Game to Sponge Bob , Naruto , Guitar Hero , or whatever the hell you are into.

Recommanded songs for begginers :

Sum 41 - Fat Lip ( Difficulty : Easy )
Sum 41 - Hell Song ( Medium )
Avenged Sevenfold - Unholy Confessions ( Easy )
Blink 182 - Dumpweed ( Easy )
Simple Plan - Welcome to my life ( Easy )

This is not the latest version of the game, but it's the best , since it's the only version that you can Themes and Mods to it , without any problem :

They did , but it will take me a year to download it , and my pc is a piece of shit , it won't work

Ths game is only 30 mb, and it works perfectly fine.

Yeah, when I was searching for Guitar Hero stuff on YouTube, there were videos of that game, Frets on Fire.

Though, I don't think the experience would be as rock on if you used a keyboard instead of a guitar-shaped controller.

Well... actually , i found it surprisingly fun , specially with a one of those bluetooth keyboards , where you can jump around while playing Fat Lip , awesome !!

Yeah, I'm sure it's fun. I probably wouldn't be able to play it like that anyways since this is the keyboard I have for my computer:

Ouch !!! i see what you're talking about , your keyboard seems pretty sofisticated , but it sucks that you can't play the game with it...i bought like on the oldest keyboards ever , the one that do noesn't have the multimedia buttons on it, just to play the game.
