What do you think would happen? New Bands? Stop their music career? Personally I think Steve and Cone will start a band and Deryck will have a Solo career.

Well, Cone has a band,so I see Steve having one seperately.

I think they'll all just kind of disappear.

Deryck will float around with avril, Steve may keep directing and tour drumming. Cone i think will pretty much just fade.

I believe Deryck will go into producing, Stevo into directing/drumming with random bands, and Cone will float around with bands.

It's tough to say really.

Cone: He will kinda float...prolly try to record another album with op m.d.

Stevo: face into oblivion (though i hate to say it) because he is basically nothing without sum 41...i mean he might try a solo career but i doubt it ...and though he is a good director, i doubt he's good enough to go anywhere else outside personal connections (e.g. avril)

Deryck: obviously solo career, maybe joint with avril but i doubt it....i mean think about it....deryck pretty much wrote all the songs and riffs for sum41, so if anything if he made a new album by himself it would sound the same as if they were together

Brownsound: will be in the BB

Deryck will go solo and will tour with Avril, before her show.
Cone will stay at The Operation M.D.
Maybe Stevo will join The Operation M.D. or look for a new band. Maybe he gets in contact with Brownsound at they decide to make a band. Together with Cone and Deryck. xD And they'll call it The Sums. xD

We had this giant topic like that about Deryck, but now when i'm thinking about it, I can totally Steve forming this new band where he's the lead singer. I mean, the guy has a strong voice! for Metal at least, so after drumming for so many years and all (well and finishing every show with singing P4P), I can totally see him forming this cool heavy metal band where he's the frontman. He could be easily a super cool frontman.

I also can see him starting this metal project with Dave, since they were the two metal guys in Sum 41 and it was the idea of those two to have the P4P alter ego.

Cone will probably try to continue with the Operation M.D., well and Deryck will obviously go solo, we discussed that like million times already.

Or Deryck could start a new band with Pete Wentz XDDDD
And they will have this lame Panic at the Disco singer with them in the band XDDD

Cone I don't know. He obviously has musical ambitions of his own, as he started his own band, so I can see him doing things afterward.

It's pretty likely Dercyk will still be doing something, whatever that may be, him being the resourceful fellow he is.

Dave will still be in Brown Brigade.

Steve certainly has a whole load of open doors for after Sum 41 is over. I can see him going into directing or something on the production side of music. He may also still be drumming. He's quite a talented drummer, even when you go beyond just punk-rock musicians. I can see him becoming a session drummer.

I doubt he'd start a metal band, though, or even a punk band. He's stated before that his enthusiasm for those genres has died down considerably.

But he's like a big Iron Maiden fan, he should totally join Dave if Sum 41 is over! Cuz Brown Brigade is so Iron Maiden influenced!

And if not punk or metal, Steve can always start a funk or a jazz band to drum with hahahaha

Yeah theres a million topics about this already but I'll state my opinion again. Cone will go full into Operation M.D. Steve I won't probably go back into a full band, he'll probably be a session drummer, directing movies, go back to working in that grocery store. Deryck will definitely go solo acoustic act or touring guitarist for avril's band.

i asked my friend about this yesterday and now everyone's talking about it :/

i have a feeling that they'll break up soon after they're married/after the new album comes out. but i'll still love them no matter what. :)

That's an awful thought. But I think:

Deryck: I think he would be a touring guitarist for Avril for a while and then going solo.
Cone: Continue with Operation M.D.
Steve: Maybe directing some music videos and being a drummer for random bands.

I don't see Deryck having a solo career..
