The Slagbook

Hello all !
I know there's probably already a slagbook thread somewhere out there....but hey....I'm far too lazy to go searching.
Long story short, I'm just wondering if anyone on here is a former slagbooker?
I miss you all. It's been what, 2-3 years?
That's far too long. It was such an amazing message board.
And by amazing, I mean nobody ever went on it, and it totally sucked.
But none-the-less, I'd love to hear from anyone who may have been a member, back in the day.
I'm feeling a bit nostalgic.

My user-name was lindsey_jocz.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

That's what I loved about the slagbook.
Nothing was ever in the wrong topic.
Good times.

This isn't the wrong forum, because The Slagbook was Sum 41's official message board until 2007.

Hey. I was ResignedFromAllThis23 (and I've been regretting that username ever since). I miss that forum a lot too. Some of Sum 41's most knowledgable and amusing fans were there and I miss them a lot.

It helped that there were only 2 topics though, Melissa. lol.

That's really fucking confusing. Your username is "lindsey_jocz" but your name is Melissa.

My brain hurts.

Oh! what happened to it?

It slipped through the cracks during the switch between the sites for "Chuck" and "Underclass Hero."

 sorry, but what exactly does that mean?

Um. They were messing around with the site to change the layout to suit "Underclass Hero" and they lost/removed it? They never really explained what happened.

Yeah. I think I can only handle 2 topics at a time. Any more than that, and I'm just lost. lol
And me and my friend Lindsey originally signed up together under one user-name.
She stopped using it, and I was left with a user name that didn't make sense.

After they took down the message board, I would literally check like 5 times a day for the longest time hoping that they would bring it back.
The day I realized it was gone for good, I was so depressed.

One sec, isn't it that message board I heard they took down cuz fans started criticizing Deryck for what he said about Dave not contributing and all when Dave left?

Guilty.
But I don't actually know if that's why they took it down. The timing seems pretty coincidental though.

I was on the Slagbook like a couple week before it shut down. I was either Jeremy41 or Gunner back then. But all I can remember from that place is Asho_32 and Deryck's little apology post saying something about "hard to tell tone over the computer... etc."

Well they took it down like 2 months after that happened, right? I doubt it was connected. When there was an issue they just removed the whole explanation thread, they wouldn't have shut it down just based on that.
