Anything like the digittech whammy?

Does any one know of any pedals or anything like the digitech whammy pedal?

I'm looking for something that would allow me to digitally change tunings.
Like if i was in Dropped D, with a click of a pedal i could switch to Dropped C or something like that.

I would get the digitech but... 200 dollars...

Digitech RP80 has a digitech whammy effect along with chorus, delay, reverb, amp and pickup modeling, wah, autowah, yah-yah, phaser, flanger, etc. and it's only like 80 bucks. Not the greatest quality but pretty good for the price.

Yeah it's just a pedal.
And it doesn't literally change the tuning of the guitar, it lowers the signal.
So your guitar could be in dropped D and you could plug it into the whammy pedal and then your amp and it could sound like dropped C
