Yea my cousin went to an avril lavigne concert a few nights ago at st. John's NL and she said that Deryck Whibley came out on stage and sang a song with Avril. That surprised me a bit. So is Deryck touring with Avril now or wat?

yea, he got bored touring with Sum 41 so he decided it would be much cooler to basically go on holiday with Avril

Rather, The Sums' touring ended, and he's spending time with his wife and doing something special for the Canadian fans.

Europeans? Man fuck the Europeans, they get so many good festivals don't even complain dude. I would die to go to reading festival or leeds or one of the hundreds that are there. Here in Canada, the only have decent festival is Virgin Festival or Edgefest

when is avrils tour ending? cause hes gonna mix the b-side when shes done touring

^Her tour is done in October. She's on a plane back to California, I believe, as we type. She's skipping Australia and Latin America this tour, so the whole tour will last only seven months, compared to her last tour which lasted about a year.

If Deryck's planning on going out to Asia with her while she tours, he still has like two weeks in LA to mix a b-side, unless he already has other plans.

Well, you Canadians got Sum 41! they tour there all the time and shit, plus EVERY big or decent band comes to Canada, to headlining shows and shit like that, where i live we don't have so much shows, last year we only had Megadeth (which rocked!), NOFX, The Stooges, Machine Head and Obituary (and some other small bands). I only saw Megadeth cuz i had money for that only plus the Stooges show was like few days after so i didn't have money and i didn't like NOFX back then so ... i missed it and i had no money for Machine head
Oh and fuck Obituary!

anyway, those are always the Canadian and Japanese fans who get the "Japanese bonus tracks" and "Japanese tour editions" and whatever.
