costume suggestions??

well i have a themed party to head to this weekend, the theme is Dance so im supposed to go dressed to represent a dance style
... as yet i have been able to come up with nothing in the ideas department,
so anyone got any suggestions on a dance style or outfit??

wacko jacko and travolta ay... hmmm depends on how much of a gender bending mood im in come saturday night ... is it considered bad form to rock up in your birthday suit on someone else's birthday??
