we won the gold medal in male tennis, silver in in male floor,and silver in double femle tennis playing against venus &serena williams

we just went into rd place again with another gold in the cycling, were actually doing quite well this year

oh man the womens 110m hurdles was the funniest thing i have seen these olympics! the aussie chick who won silver's reaction was priceless, her and the canadian jumping round like crazy at having won silver and bronze was great to watch and her post race interview was hilarious! she was so excited and shocked she seriously comes across like shes completely high

haha, i was watching that at work, when the chick from the US stumbled on one of the last hurdles and fucked up, she was way ahead in the lead as well, gutted!

we actually won a few golds again today, now 3rd in the medal table again

hehe yeh us aussies have a bit of a habit of winning things coz everyone else stuffs up... thats how we won our first ever gold medal at the winter olympics! in the speed skating our guy Bradbury was so far last that when everyone stacked it just before the finish line he was the only one not caught up in the carnage so he ended up crossing in first

and dang you brits jumping ahead of us on the ladder!

dunno about over there but the papers over here are having a field day with it calling it the olympic ashes battle...

yea, everyone over here are loving it, though alot of people are saying how are we gonna live up to this performance at the next games, which is in the UK, where we kinda wanna do better. i suppose we will just have to wait and see.

and i did watch some of the mens hockey yesterday, GB vs Australia, i think it finished 3-3. though we needed to win by 8 to go through, lol, so were out of the hockey now

wow... US had a shocker on the track tonight, screwed up the baton change in both mens and womens 4x100 relay heats!

the first of mens heats was crazy, 4 teams stuffed it up...
finals will be wide open now in the mens with the US, Nigeria and GB all out of it... if only the aussies had a team in it >.< could've had a chance at a medal for a change with most of the big guns out
