So again, let's decided on the time which would suit us all best, One we decide I will edit the post with the time in all time zones.

im guessing there's more Americans and Canadians on here than people from Europe and the rest of the world, maybe a time where its the afternoon over in the states so its evening here in the UK and most of Europe. to me thats the best kinda time to beat this record

There's no server limit for online users, that doesn't make any sense.
