Okay the file for the video is 413 MB or MD or whatever it is...and I can't find anyplace that'll upload it....I need help...because YouTube and Photobucket aren't working with me...
Can I just send it to someone and they mess with it?
I could send it over MSN(Like IM) or Email..

well
use Windows Media Maker to make it smaller.
for a 4 minute video, (which Im guessing you filmed from cam), lower the quality and it wont be much worse.

Alright. Every computer with Windows had Windows Movie Maker.
Find it, import your file, put all the little bits of the video into the timeline (IN ORDER) and then click the "save to my computer" button on the left side of the screen. Then choose a title for your video, click the next button, choose the option "best fit to file size" then bring that down to 40, maybe 50 MB. Then save it. :)
