i need some advice/help
well i really want to start a band
but the thing is, all of my mates are into techno and all that stuff.
and 98% of people that i know are into that or dont know how to play an instrument
so does anyone have any ideas to help me get started?

i didnt know there was that many people into techno.
i don't know how to help. maybe ask really dedicated people to learn to play an instrument (although you'll have to wait longer to form the band)

make a rap rock band lol

like RATM

get them into that stuff. then they'll probably want to.
and if that doesnt work find some new people. its cooler.
