as of today, my internet decided to be gay, and won't let me watch any Youtube videos. where the video would normally be placed on the page, it says "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player. " with a link.

well, i followed that link and it gave me this;

i clicked agree and install. a pop up came and said thati had to downaload ActiveX something, (which i probably already have, but it never works) and it won't download what i need to watch YT vids.

back to the begining, where do i find on my computer, to turn on my JavaScript (that is, if it's off) ?

if that doesn't work, what do you guys think is the problem?
