i definitely feel a little dumb asking this...but..... could someone please explain to me what the phrase "bought and sold" means? i've heard it in other Sum 41 songs before, and i still cant put my finger on it for some reason

yea i was starting to think it meant something like that. like they wont tolerate being used in other words

i think that lyricists write this with their own meaning each time. in the case of UH, maybe it could mean like "we wont give in to you". maybe

Well, the chorus was the same in Subject To Change, which was made when Dave and the management were still with the band. So I highly doubt it.

But, wasn't Subject to Change supposed to be directed to Greig Nori? Not that I don't like Greig that's just what I thought someone said.
