random loud sounds?

so basically i don't have spyware or adware (i'm pretty sure, because i have NOD32
and it hasn't detected ant viruses)
randomly i'll have really lound sounds, that are like "hi i'm howie mandel, and whats your name? gay?", or "brought to you by news channel....", and even really lound and annoying sound
i do have a tv tuner card, but im pretty sure that isnt the problem
any help MUCH appreciated!

one time, my friend made a paper airplane, and was gonna name it lightning but he is a retard and spelled "Litnig" so a few years later I rembered it and typed into google and some satanic page came up
