This might already be a thread but do you like sum 41 better with or without brownsound? I think sum 41is not sum 41 without Dave, it's more like sum 4 - 1.....

don't get me wrong, he really really really is amazing, their music was awesome, but he just wanted to do something else, that's his choice.
and he made that decision right on time.. what if he waited any longer? maybe (and yeah i say: MAYBE) when he did it later, relationships between the rest of the band would have been worse as well, so they could ALL split up... you see
there wouldn't be any Sum 41 (or Sum 3-1 or what so ever) left

Personally I think Sum 41's music was better with Dave. But their relationship as a band seems to be better without him. Both sides seem to be happier. But part of the reason Dave left was probably because of all the popularity Sum 41 had and how it influenced them and their music.

But I'm going to vote "with Dave." Because with pretty much any band, the classic line up is the only line up.
