Can someone help me figure out the name of a band?

Ok so I heard of this band from iTunes, but I can't figure out they're name. (I forgot to write it down)
Here''s all I remember from them.
Their singer SOUNDS like Adam from Taking Back Sunday (but it's not)
And the cover of one of their albums is like Mika's cd. It's VERY colorful and cartoonish like. I think there's a gray cartoon building and the sky is blue and has many other colors.
That's all I remember from it, but please does someone have any idea what I'm talking about. I really liked this band when I listened to them, but I forgot their name. Can someone help me?
