That's cool. I heard With Me playing in my friend's car. She heard it on the radio and put it on cd. I was very proud :smug:

I really wanted the Devils to win that series. It was totally the Devils' year and they deserved to win.

Rags won already. I cheered for Devils too, but only because of Sean Avery. Without him playing in the Rangers, I'd cheer for NY.

As for the topic, I've watched lots of games from TV.
I haven't seen a single Ottawa Senators game without hearing a Sum 41 song played.
Fat Lip, Makes No Difference, The Hell Song and Underclass Hero have been the most common ones.
At Edmonton Oilers game, it was surprising to hear that the played Grab The Devil to cheer up the crowd.
I've also heard Still Waiting in a Finnish hockey game.

So hockey loves Sum 41. :P

okay, for some of the game, i admit sean avery was an asshole

but Brodeur was the biggest douchebag i've ever seen

he instigates soo many fights because of his "aggressiveness" outside the crease
plus Avery got so much shit taken to him yesterday and still put up with it

and at the end Avery was going to shake hands with brodeur and still brodeur didn't even bother!

Well, this is going offtopic, but Avery has done a lot more than just waving hands in front of Marty.
This is my opinion, but his attitude and actions are disgrace for the league.
Only ones who agree what he's doing are the Rangers and their fans (no offense by any means).
He got kicked from LA 'cause no one could bear with him anymore, not even the teammates.
As for Marty, I would be pissed off too if someone is standing inches away from me playing "i'm not touching" -game as an adult in professional sports.

Awesome, the only times I've ever heard someone else listening to Underclass Hero songs was once in a girl's car when we were heading off to the bar, but she changed it to more of an unbeat song as we left the driveway. The other time was on my friend's facebook page about a year ago, he had Underclass Hero, but then the application bugged out and got deleted.

1) he followed everything by the rules (they made a new "sean avery" rule anyway)
http://youtube.com/watch?v=j1GW7hcpnoE
2) if u look at the video below, avery just lost control and banged into him....then brodeur pushed and shoved him back. Obviously this is a penalty, but it was an accident, and this is where the rivalry started
http://youtube.com/watch?v=SbFmJrUbwOw
3) brodeur is just not that great....most of the time
http://youtube.com/watch?v=iXEzD1heawU&feature=related
4) Brodeur is a douchebag (especially callahan's first goal in the fist game LOL)

and a good video that explains lots of stuff (kinda biased, but w/e)

Okay.

Number 3 is from 2003, and totally out of context. I don't see why you put it there.
I could bring Avery vs. Hordichuk here, but it has nothing to do with this.
Yes, what Avery did was by the rules. That's because no one had ever done that before, so no one thought there should be a rule against it. It was by the rules, but it wasn't hockey at all. The only purpose was to distract the goalie, with high stick and agitating. He was facing the goalie, so he couldn't prepare for the rebounds, or try to reflect the shot, so he wasn't playing hockey at all. Yes, Avery is an agitator, that's his role and it's legal. But you should play too, since we both know he can do it quite well.

And yeah, Brodeur might be a douche, but Avery is a bigger one.
Just to compare, whenever Brodeur has said something, it's because of a play.
Avery, on other hand, has had lots of issues off the ice, which have had nothing to do with the game (Gauthier, Laraque, Tucker/Blake, Hayward).
It's hard for me to defend Sean because of his histroy. Brodeur I can defend, since I can imagine how painful it would be to have a guy inches away just to agitate. You're not allowed to interfere the goalie, that's against the rules. Standing in front of him and waving a high stick and not paying attention to the play is interfering imo.

But anyway. this is a useless argument, since you are a Rangers fan (no offense), so you naturally defend your players, and it's OK and understandable. Plus, this is in Sum 41 section, so. :P

Well yeah, the number 2 you showed, I don't know about being douche, but that was totally unnecessary for Brodeur to start a fight.

But anyways, Rags are in, Devils are out. Too late to change it. :P

But to change this back to the original topic, I remember hearing Summer at a snowboard competition not so long ago. Not sure which version it was though. :P
