I pretty much have learned "Almost" by Bowling For Soup, and I'm pretty excited about it. I know its an easy song, but these 'easy' songs used to be really hard for me, and lately they haven't been so hard. more and more songs slowly are getting easier and easier. Plus, i've been able to figure out songs/tunes with my ears. I learned the intro/verse of Mr.Amsertdam (sum of course), Must Get Out (maroon 5, not the same but sounds alot a like with some added touches) and others. well thats the firs tthing :D

Second thing is, i want to record more song with my voice and acoustic guitar, how can i do this? I mean other than the obvious ways (which aren't obvious to me lol) but i have a shitty mic (some of you know the quality, of you've downloaded m songs/covers) how can i get my voice and guitar to sound at least OK on it?

I dont have the money to buy other equipment right now, so to find solution to this would be greatly appreciated.

Could i record two seperate tracks, one with my voice and the other guitar and mix them? the only problem is i don't know how to use mixing software, all i have is audacity and I'm even shit at that lol.

I don't use microphones for the instruments, I use Line-In.

I use Nero Wave-Editor

i think he means he plugs his cord from his guitar straight into a recorder and uses that.

I don't know to much about recording so , I would suggest going to a SoundControl or something and talking to one of the guys in there. Save up money first.

Cubase FTW!!!

Also, it's better to record instruments by putting your mic next to your amp because it gives you a more realistic sound as opposed to just plugging it straight into an audio interface and then adding distortion through filters. That's just what I've found anyways.
