the way i see it, the iphone and ipod touch is exactly the same, exept, one is also A PHONE!!

No. you can jailbreak the ipod touch too. but since the second generation is out youre gonna have to wait for the jailbreak to come out. its supposed to anyday

2. Is there speakers on it so i don't have to use headphones?

3. Can i get music from my computer onto it?
