No. you can jailbreak the ipod touch too. but since the second generation is out youre gonna have to wait for the jailbreak to come out. its supposed to anyday

1. Is there a website that is for downloading apps?

2. Is there speakers on it so i don't have to use headphones?

3. Can i get music from my computer onto it?

4. How much does a 2nd Generation cost?

2. Yes there are Speakers on it.
