IPOD TOUCH (HELP PLEASE)

ok yesterday i decided to jailbreak my ipod from 1.1.2 to 1.1.4 and i did. today i was gonna listen to music but i found out it lost all my music. i tried to connect but my ipod wont show up on the bar and its not showing up. i shouldnt have done it. anyone no how to fix it.
